Hi All, I wanted to check with you if anyone here has done consular processing. I consulted with the lawyer and they mentioned that I am considered out of status when I had asylum pending status. So, I am not eligible for adjustment of status base on I140 approval. Please let me know if anyone here have similar scenario. Please share your experience. Thanks in advance!
