So I am in TPS and opt both, and unfortunaley my company assssholes dont wanna move forward with TPS cuz of the supreme court decision, and I have exactly one year left for my STEM extension.

Is it worth it if I start EB3 process right now since I have only one year STEM extension left? Is it possible to get EAD till the end of the year if I start EB3 right now?

Advice would be appreciated, thanks!!
