I am sick of this statement. Is this an "ONLY IN NEPAL" occurance or what?

Every day, some leader makes some smart-ass comment, and as usual the news will read, "He did not elaborate."

Either those who make these comment have no idea of what they are saying; that they think all Nepalse are complete dumb-asses or that these leaders are total irresponsible idiots who are scared that the people they represent might 'know more'.

Whatever the reason, I am just sick and tired of this "he did not elaborate" crapph!
