Hello Symbolic, here is my honest suggestion to you. If you are getting married just for paper then you have chances of getting two outcomes only:

A. Your green gets approved
B. you get deported for falsly trying to establish the validity of marriage.

My best wishes for outcome A for you. It depends from where you are applying for your adjustment. On average you get your AOS interview date within 6months of filing. If you get approved you get the temporary card in 3 months. It will be conditional only. You have to wait 2 years to get the conditional clause to be removed. In order to do so you have to be married with your wife until you both jointly petition for removal of clause. So 9 months+ 2 years gives you a timeline of almost 3 years from now when you will have permamnent resident card.If you some more time and keep on feeding the black girl you can apply for citixenship which takes an extra 9 months, that means almost 4 years.Get your us passport then divorce her which will take 6 months. You try to bring your girl here from Nepal, sponsor her and see the result: kwalkhu is right that it's 5 years minimum if everything goes well.
There are cases where girls run away and disappear in such cases and betray you. That will put you in 6/7 years time. Now you think yourself if it's worth the hassle for you? If you havent screwed up your status, then dont go for it,it aint worth.
