I am gonna complete MS this August. Then my stay over here will be over and gonna back to nepal. I wanna apply for Ph D in usa (so did not try here in europe) but have no GRE and TOEFL. I am thinking to take those tests from Nepal. My dillema is- would it be better to apply from here then take those tests or first arrange for those tests then apply.
I want to begin Ph D as soon as possible. so asked for the suggestion here hoping some of the sajha members have this idea. Please give me your valuable suggestion for the best i can do. additional informations are heartily welcome.
thanks in advance

1. for phd it is already late for fall. and there is few opening during spring/winter.
2. apply from there (europe) and ask your professor for recommendation letters.
3. take test (GRE/TOEFL) there (preferred) or at nepal (later). university might waive TOEFL requirement.
