 What for masters?

Hey guys,
I have a bachelors degree in Arts and since I didnt get any job I am trying to get masters in health-care management .
I have done some research but do any of experienced, knowledegable sajhans know if this field is a good field of study?
What about getting jobs?
Any of you are in this field?
Can you give some information?
