Hi Sajha friends!

I live/work in Florida. I have never visited to UK but would like to make a short visit (3-4 days) to London sometimes in September/October.

I have recently logged into the British Embassy's website to check about a visitor visa application procedure. As I understand;  since I live in Florida, I have to apply visa at their office in Chicago, which is not a problem - I can apply online or by mail. But I am still little unclear about the biometric finger scanning. Do I must go all the way to Chicago just to do the  finger scanning ? Isn't there a convenient location(s) where such scanning is performed ? I have not seen an answer to this question in their FAQ either. Please help me if you guys know anything about it.  I would really appreciate your valuable help.  Thanking you. :)

the best way to get your fingerprint is thru a local police department. they will provide a fingerprint form and will charge little amount between $5-$8. that will be the most appropriate.

Good Luck.
