Minister Yadav warns to resign; backs up land seizure in Siraha
Kantipur Report
SIRAHA, Aug 15 - Minister for Land Reform and Management Matrika Yadav on Monday warned that he would resign if authorities interfere in reconstruction of houses destroyed by the police in Mirchaiya in Siraha district.
Abiding by the order from the home minister, the police personnel reportedly tumbled cottages and camps built in the land the Maoist cadres seized from one Birendra Shah in the district.
Speaking at a press conference in Mirchaiya today, Yadav said that he would resign from the party and the ministerial post if the government interferes and creates obstacle on the reconstruction.
An YCL team led by Minister Yadav physically assaulted Ram Bilas Yadav, principal of the Himalaya Boarding School earlier today.
Also, another group led by Minister Yadav, lawmaker Mahendra Yadav and Jagat Yadav collapsed the compound wall of one Bishnu Mahato in Mirchaiya.

I saw in Image news yesterday, maoist are running their own jail. Six people are kept in captivity and they have to work hard. Whatever they prisioner earn by working hard , they arn't get paid a penny. Everythign is taken away from them. In return the prisioner are provided with a filthy house with several animals and some food.
