Is it true that the number of applicants for the H1 B visa this year has not been fulfilled yet. If the information is authentic I am planning to apply ASAP. Does anybody know if the information is correct. Also if anybody knows an immigration lawyer in Boston area, or can we file for ourself. Help appreciated.
