Hi Frens, I'm a grad. student looking for room around NYC. I will move at the end of this month (Feb, '10). If i'm eligible reply me at shadyslim010@yahoo.com plz include some info. such as :  where is it ? whats the rent per month ? utilities included ? have internet access ? security deposite required ? have to sign any contracts ? credit checks ? hows the neighbourhood ? access to subways ? who r the roomates ? where r they from ? how many guys sharing the apt ?
