Sub: Roommate needed for a 3 bdr apt.
Hi,
A nice affordable, clean, spacious apt is waiting for a couple, individual or 2 ppl to move in ASAP. Rent is $1400.00 which eventually will be divided into 3. Utilities for the last month are like this: Electricity= $30.78, Gas= $34.59 (Total) for 2 families which of course will not be much when / by 3. Wooden floors, except kitchen. Bdr is big, bright and has its own closet.
Kitchen is spacious, with lots of cabinets. A walk in closet in the kitchen to store in our dry products. Beside the kitchen is the living room with it's own closet and could be used as a study room. If you wish then there is plenty of space at the back to chill out. Plenty of parking on the street and also back of house.
