Guys, Just have a quick question. I am in H1B after OPT with desi consultancy. I have not stamp H1b visa yet. so, if i file PERM labor certification , Will there be some sort of problem for getting visa stamp after few month in kathmandu.

No. H-1B is a dual intent visa. However, make sure that you have diligent pay stubs, W-2, company's 2009 Tax returns, complete H-1B Approval packet, and a client letter. Good Luck. Happy Dashain

No. I did that and had no issues. I didn't even have to bring the PERM topic at all during the interview.
